The Atlantic Ocean Function Room

Your waterfront, reasonably priced social or business occasion venue is right here. There is something wonderful about being on the ocean, in any weather, at any time of day or night. The ocean expands your venue and makes it roomier and larger. Rather than be stuck in a “box”, you have a view as far as the eye can see to add to your occasion.

Looking for a place for your bridal or baby shower? Our room is intimate and warm. The venue is actually two separate levels which makes for a wonderful set up for the showers, whether it is a large or small group. There are three simple steps that separate the two floors yet it feels like one. Separated only by a railing that allows guests to look out over the dance floor from the bar area. Our guests love this set up, allowing them to feel that they are part of the celebration wherever they are. Please contact us for a tour so that you can experience it for yourself.

    Package Pricing Includes:

    • Professional event director to assist you every step of the way.
    • Up to 5 hour room rental of the Atlantic Ocean Room.
    • The Elks at Bass Rocks holds only one event per day, yours!
    • Fully furnished venue with gold Chivari chairs set up to your specifications.
    • Free ample parking for you and your guests in our private lot just outside our door.
    • Bartenders included for a $50 fee each. Full liquor license and extensive selection of wines and premium liquor.
    • Cream colored linens available for an additional fee.
    • Wireless microphone available as well as use of our cable to hook up your iPhone or laptop into our speaker system.  We do not provide any other AV equipment.
    • A list of desired caterers provided at your request.
