The Atlantic Ocean Room rental includes a complimentary champagne toast for all guests!

2024/2025 RATES:

In-Season (April 1 – November 30):

Monday – Thursday – $2,600.00

Friday- $4,200.00

Saturday- $4,700.00

Sunday- $4,200.00

Off-Season (December 1 – March 31):

Monday – Thursday – $1,850.00

Friday – $2,600.00

Saturday – $3,200.00

Sunday – $2,600.00

CEREMONY FEES:

-One (1) Hour On-site ceremony fee of $850.00, which will allow a half hour for guest’s arrival and a half hour for the ceremony.

-Garden chairs for an outside ceremony are $5.00 per chair

– White Garden Arbor $150.00

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• Event Coordinator to help from start to finish
• All of the tables & standard Chiavari gold chairs
• Accommodation for up to 200 guests
• Complimentary parking for up to 200 guests
• Wireless microphone which connects to our speaker system
• Rental includes a four (4) hour event

Additional Fees:

• $75.00 bartender fee which gets paid directly to your bartender(s) the day of your event (this fee is separate from the venue cost)
• Linens and napkins can be rented from our rental company (check with your catering company to see if they provide this service)
• Catering Kitchen fees may be charged by the Atlantic Ocean Room Event Team

~Any Event over 125 guest MUST use a full-service caterer~
